Sharon D. Lamkin, PA-C received her Physician Assistant degree from Miami Dade College and trained at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Board certified as a physician assistant with internal Medicine experience. In 2007, joined the practice of The Center for Diabetes & Endocrine Care in Hollywood, FL.
She received her Registered Nurse diploma from Jackson Memorial Hospital, School of Nursing. Nursing experience includes trauma, burn and critical care. Administrative experience includes 12 years as Director of Health Care Services for two major insurance companies and Assistant Director of Nursing for two Home Health Agencies. For two years held the position Director of Case Management, Washoe Health System including oversight of acute care facility, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Graduate from Florida International University with Bachelor of Health Services Administration degree.
